From short run prototype to long running high production, our molding department’s quality assurance system monitors materials and products from receiving through production and delivery with the utmost attention.  Our molding machines range from 30 ton to 110 ton.

Technatool has a plastic injection molding program for prototype and low production parts, using modular inserts in Master Unit Die (M.U.D.) bases.  These inserts can be aluminum, P-20 or hardened steel.  We also use inserts in a modular standard mold base to allow for larger parts.  Hand loads are often used for low volume runs to keep the tooling costs down. Our customers benefit with
both quick turnaround as well as savings of the cost of a
standard mold base or M.U.D. unit.
